Who it is for
Resellers and platforms
You serve many end customers and want to provision a WhatsApp instance for each one, with no commercial friction on every new signup.
SaaS products
WhatsApp is a feature of your product, and you need creating an instance to be as simple as an API call.
How it works, in short
1
You have a monthly amount
Your Enterprise contract sets a monthly credit and the price of each instance. You create instances freely within that model.
2
Every new instance gets a free trial
Starting from the first WhatsApp connection, the instance enters a trial period (7 days by default). An instance created and never connected is not billed.
3
When the trial ends, the instance becomes billable
When the trial ends, the instance starts counting toward your monthly invoice, automatically, with nothing for you to do.
4
You get events to track everything
Webhooks notify you when a trial starts, when it is about to end and when an instance becomes billable, so you can manage your own customers.
What you get
- On-demand provisioning: create instances via API, with no re-subscription per customer.
- Automatic per-instance trial: every new number connection gets the free days from your contract.
- Per-instance billing control: force billing right away, whenever it makes sense for your business.
- Event visibility: track trial start and end and the switch to billing in real time.
