We email the account owner at the key moments of billing. These emails never include a card number or a document number, and the subject carries no personal data.

Failed charge notice

Sent when the first card charge attempt fails. It tells you:
  • the renewal amount;
  • the reason given by the card issuer, when available;
  • the date of the next attempt;
  • a link to update your card (when available), which follows the single-use, 48-hour rules.
Updating your card before the next attempt avoids termination. See the retry schedule.

Subscription ended for non-payment

Sent when the subscription is terminated automatically. It explains the reason:
  • card: the charge attempts did not succeed (the email says how many were made);
  • Pix: the renewal Pix was not paid in time.
It also tells you to subscribe again in the dashboard, under My subscription → See plans, and points to support if you need help. A terminated subscription cannot be reactivated. Learn what changes when you subscribe again. When support generates a card update link for you, it arrives by email with an Update card button. If you did not ask for the change, you can ignore the message.

Pix renewal

Sent with the renewal QR Code five days before the due date: amount, deadline, the QR image and the Pix copy-and-paste code. If you already paid, you can ignore it.
